Across four decades, I’ve worked at the intersection of sports, sales, marketing and purpose-driven initiatives, helping Fortune 500 brands, sports franchises, and faith-based communities design experiences that drive connection, loyalty, and measurable impact. My leadership journey began in broadcast television, producing NASCAR programming and live college sports events before founding companies that pioneered the fusion of entertainment, analytics, and engagement.
I spent a year in a Halftime Carolinas roundtable, followed by a full year of one-on-one Halftime coaching, sharpening my focus on passion, purpose, and calling. That journey clarified how to channel decades of experience into impact that outlasts success reinforcing my belief that purpose fuels engagement more powerfully than any strategy.
As a Sage Mentor with Ardent Mentoring, I now invest that same energy into emerging leaders walking alongside entrepreneurs, executives, and faith based leaders pursuing significance beyond success. Mentorship isn’t just something I do; it’s an extension of who I am and how I lead.
